Cancellation Policy

To reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the class start time will result in a $30 processing fee that must be paid prior to you being put in a new class. Cancellation without rescheduling to another Red Line Safety class is subject to a fee equal to 50% of your base registration fee . Taxes and fees are non-refundable. Cancellation within 48 hours of class start time is non-refundable.

Service Description

American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, AED Instructor Certification Class. This course is designed to train instructors on teaching first aid, CPR, and AED courses from the American Red Cross. A current CPR/AED (or higher level) certification is required for participation in the instructor course. Participants must also be 16 years of age on the last day of the course. The duration of the course is 5.5 hours. When registering, it is imperative that you read and follow the instructions in the e-mail attachment that comes with your confirmation email. Customers will receive an email with instructions for accessing the online course material within 24 hours after signing up. For any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, fees may be applied.
