How do I access the online portion of the class?

First Aid/CPR or BLS:

You will receive an automated confirmation email with instructions on how to access the Red Cross Learning Center to complete your online portion of training.


Please note this will be an automated email and often lands in Junk or Spam folders. Be sure to whitelist support@redline-safety.com with your email provider prior to registering to ensure you are able to receive this email

Instructor Training:

What if I don't finish the online course prior to the in-person class?

All blended classes (online + hands-on learning) have an online portion that much be completed before you can attend the in-person training session.


If you show up for the in-person class and have not done, or failed to complete the online course, you will be turned away and must reschedule. Please contact our support team (support@redline-safety.com) to reschedule.


Rescheduling due to failure to complete online coursework will result in a $30 processing fee that must be paid prior to rescheduling.

What if I need to reschedule my training?

If you need to reschedule, email our support team (support@redline-safety.com) and note the class and date you're currently scheduled for and the date and time of the class you'd like to reschedule to.


Rescheduling classes within 48 hours of the original class start time will result in a $30.00 processing fee which must be paid before you will be rescheduled.


No call, no shows are non-refundable.

What if I need to cancel my training?

If you need to cancel, email our support team (support@redline-safety.com) and note the class and date you were scheduled for.


Cancellation without rescheduling to another Red Line Safety class will result in a 50% refund of the base rate only. Taxes and processing fees are non-refundable.


Cancellation within 48 hours of class start time is non-refundable.

After the class, how do I find my certification?

Go to https://www.redcross.org/take-a-class/digital-certificate and either put in the email you used to register for the class or your first and last name and the month of your class.

Does this class satisfy the requirements to maintain my teaching license?

First Aid/CPR classes offered by Red Line Safety are taken by many Indiana educators. According to the Indiana Department of Education, Indiana educators must show proof of valid CPR/AED/Heimlich certification at the time of all renewals, conversions, and professionalization applications.

Does this class satisfy the requirements for me as a medical professional?

Basic Life Support (BLS) classes offered by Red Line Safety are taken by many healthcare providers. The American Red Cross BLS classes are designed specifically for healthcare professionals and first-responders. 


To ensure that this class meets all workplace requirements, it is best to check directly with your employer before registering for a class.

What if I register for the wrong type of class?

If you registered for an Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED class, but need a Basic Life Support (BLS) class, you may transfer classes. You are responsible for paying any difference in class cost before you will be transferred.


Transferring to another class within 48 hours of the class time will result in a $30 processing fee. The $30.00 processing fee must be paid before you will be transferred.

Red Line Safety is an American Red Cross licensed provider. If you need another type of class, please see our cancellation policy for more information. 

What if Red Line Safety cancels my class?

We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. The American Red Cross has a policy for the minimum number of students in class and we must abide by these numbers. If your class is canceled by us, you will be entitled to transfer to another class at no charge or receive a full refund.

What if I'm late for class?

You cannot be admitted more than 5 minutes late to a class regardless of the reason. This is an American Red Cross policy. 


Please email our support team (redline-safety..com) for assistance rescheduling for a future class. Rescheduling a class within 48 hours is subject to a $30 processing fee. The fee must be paid before you are rescheduled.
