John Radecki
John is a Certified CPR/First Aid Instructor with 12+ years of experience as an American Red Cross and American Heart Association Instructor. He is certified to teach basic First Aid/CPR, Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, and First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor courses. Over the years he has taught classes at hundreds of companies and organizations all over the mid-west. In 2021, John started his own training company, Red Line Safety, LLC which provides First Aid/CPR training services throughout Central and Southern Indiana. John has been a Firefighter/EMT for 4 years with certifications in Fire Instructor and Driver/Operator.

Cisa Kubley
Cisa joined Red Line Safety as the first support staff in May of 2024. For the past 16 years she owned and operated a tailor shop in New Albany, IN until hanging up her thimble in the spring of 2024. Cisa brings many years of administrative and small business knowledge to RLS in the hopes of avoiding as many growing pains as possible.
When she's not working, Cisa is an avid collector and occasional practitioner of hobbies. She's been attempting to learn to knit, exploring the world of craft cocktailing, helping her partner convert their boring ol' lawn into a thriving native habitat for plants, animals, and insects, and enjoying running a monthly dinner club with friends

Brett Steele is an experienced HR Director and CPR Trainer with a strong passion for creating impactful learning experiences, with over 12 years in human resources and soft skills training. Whether leading wellness initiatives, conducting leadership training, or teaching CPR, Brett brings a calm, patient, and supportive approach to every session. Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending quality time with family, traveling, and continuously striving for personal and professional growth.

Jennifer Cortes
Jennifer has been an instructor with Red Line Safety since July 2024. She has been certified by the American Red Cross to teach basic First Aid/CPR/AED, and since January 2025, Basic Life Support for Healthcare. Jennifer has been a full-time safety manager for the last eight years and thoroughly enjoys teaching. In her spare time, you will find Jennifer spending time with her husband and two boys.

Joe is an American Red Cross Certified First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor. He has been teaching classes since October 2023. Joe has been a Firefighter/EMT for 6 years with certifications in Hazardous Materials, Confined Space Rescue, Driver/Operator, and Arson Investigations.

Katelyn Maudlin
Katelyn is an American Red Cross Certified First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor. She has been teaching classes since April 2023. Katelyn holds an Indiana Teaching License and earned her degree from Ball State University in Theatre Education and Secondary Education. She is currently in the full-time Nursing Program at Ivy Tech – Indianapolis and is working toward her RN.

Liz Harper
Liz Harper has always enjoyed teaching and learning how to help people. She joined Red Line Safety at the end of 2024 and really enjoys being an instructor. Outside of teaching she works full time at Purdue University. In her personal time she prioritizes spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Madison Sebastian
Madison Sebastian is a full time first responder in southern Indiana. She joined Red Line Safety as a part-time instructor to help teach the public the proper steps to take in an emergency before first responders arrive. Madison and her fiancé are happy to call Southern Indiana home with their three dogs and cat. The critters keep them on their toes at home on their little farm.

Malia Stoner
Malia Stoner became an instructor because she believes that the skills we teach can help save a life and loves being a part of that! When she is not teaching classes, Malia works as a First Responder full-time with the Floyd County Sheriff’s Department. Outside of work, Malia enjoys spending time at home with her two Huskies, Luna and Kaiser. They all love being outside and going on hikes. Malia also enjoys gardening, homesteading, spending time with friends and family, and shopping.
